Shipping & Returns Policy

All purchases from Daylilies are shipped out to you within 2 business days of the placement of your order and are shipped via Canada Post Standard unless other arrangements are made. The shipping cost schedule is as follows. All shipping costs are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping to the United States & Internationally:

Shipping costs will be established on a per order basis once you have place your order. A detailed and personalized shipping quote and invoice will be emailed to you within 1 business day of placing your order and will be shipped out to you within 2 business days of receiving payment for shipping. Your order will be held up to one week (5 business days) pending approval and payment of shipping costs. If no such approval is received, the order is removed from our system and the product is returned to our shelves.

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact Daylilies if:

  • There is noticeable damage to the product.
  • The product shipped to you has been sent in error.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided the returned product is unused and in saleable condition. All items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

The returned items should be sent back with the original packing slip as well as an explanation for the reason of return.

The same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 7-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Damage to the product

If you have received the shipment and a product is damaged, we recommend that you inspect the package before you sign for it and if there is obvious damage from shipping we recommend you refuse the shipment.

If product was ordered by the customer in error:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged if applicable.
  • Please call for details.

Additional considerations

* No refunds or exchanges on crayons, playdough, natural glue, natural paint, pens, markers, books and certain other items and special order items.

* Gift Certificates are not returnable and non-refundable.

* Shipping and handling fees become the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.
